Billing

• We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to place a reservation and the balance due must be paid 7 days prior to the event date.
• The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa. We also accept travelers checks and cash. Personal checks must be received 10 days prior to the reservation date.
• 20% Gratuity to the chauffeur will be added, except where specified in special packages.
• Published rates are subject to change without notice.
• A $5.00 airport fee will be charged for all airport arrivals.
• There will be a $30.00 fee for all returned checks.

Other

• Atlantic Limousine Services is not liable for delays or trip terminations due to weather, unsafe road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any member of their party. A fee of $50 up to $300 plus repair costs will be charged for any stain, burn or sanitation mishap.
• The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund if there is any problem with the behavior of the client(s).
• All of ALSI vehicles are non-smoking. A mandatory fumigation fee will be assessed for any incidence of smoking.
