Conditions of Service

To place your reservation with Atlantic Limousine Services, Inc., read through the following conditions of service. Click on "I Accept" to proceed to the Reservation Form. The reservation will be tentative until we verify your reservation verbally and issue you a confirmation number.

• The client must be at least eighteen years of age to make a reservation.
• A non-refundable deposit of 25%, $50.00 minimum, is required to make a reservation. Reservations must be paid in full seven days before the date of service.
• If the client chooses to keep the limousine past the reserved amount of time, the hourly rate for that vehicle will apply plus 20% gratuity. The additional cost must be paid to the driver prior to the requested extension of time.
• Reservations and deposits are accepted subject to availability. Atlantic Limousine Services, Inc. is not responsible for losses due to weather, acts of God, or vehicle equipment failure. Remedy is limited to the amount of money paid for the run. Atlantic Limousine is not responsible for client's property left in the vehicle after the time of service. The client is responsible for equipment / articles damaged or stolen in his/her party.
• In the event that the client and/or the client's guests damage the vehicle or act irresponsibly, then the run will be terminated and no refund will be granted.
• State law prohibits underage drinking. No drugs are to be carried in the vehicle. If the renters are found to be possessing/ using drugs or consuming alcohol under the age of 21, then the driver will terminate the run, return the party to their starting point, and no refund will be issued.
• Backpacks, coolers, or food are not allowed inside the limousine, but such articles may be stored in the trunk.
• No smoking is allowed in the vehicle at any time.
• A damage waiver will be signed by the client at the beginning of the run. A cleaning fee of a minimum of $50.00 will be charged for excessive spills. Fees range from $50.00 to $500.00 plus the cost of repairs and vehicle downtime, depending on the severity of the damage to the vehicle.

I understand that date, time and fees are not guaranteed until a representative from Atlantic Limousine calls me to confirm my reservation and issues me a confirmation number.
