Q: Do we need to bring a car seat for our baby?
A: Infant, child and booster seats are available upon request for our small travelers.
Q: When does the time start on my reservation?
A: Your time begins when the vehicle is booked to arrive or when a passenger gets in the vehicle, whichever is earlier. However, if the distance from our garage to the pick-up point is over 30 miles, there may be some travel time charged. This will be discussed when the reservation is made.
Q: Under what circumstances can there be alcoholic beverages in a limousine (assuming that all of the occupants are of legal age)?
A: According to the Code of Virginia, the only time alcoholic beverages are permitted in a vehicle for hire is when they are in possession of the paying passenger that is being transported (4.1-312).
Q: Is there a minimum number of hours required for reserving a vehicle?
A: There is a four hour minimum for the Hummer and a three hour minimum for the remainder of the limousines. For proms, the minimum is 6 hours; the minimum for other school dances, like Ring Dance and Homecoming, is 4 hours.
Q: What happens if the number of hours exceeds the time Ive booked the vehicle for?
A: You will be charged for the additional hours based on the hourly rate agreed upon.
Q: Are your drivers qualified?
A: Atlantic Limousine Services is very selective when hiring drivers. All of our chauffeurs are experienced professionals. We perform background checks on all applicants and do random testing for illegal drugs.
Q: Can I change the times for pick-up or drop? 
A: We always want to accommodate the needs of our clients. However, our vehicles are reserved for specific intervals. If the vehicle isn't booked earlier or later than of course you can change the times.
Q: How far can I go?
A: You can travel any distance you would like as long as it falls within the reservation times.
Q: Can I smoke in your vehicles?
A: All of ALSI vehicles are non-smoking. A mandatory fumigation fee will be assessed for any incidence of smoking.
Q: Can I eat in the car?
A: Yes, if it is not a messy food. You will be responsible for the damage if the vehicle is soiled beyond normal use. A fee of $50.00 to $500.00 plus cost the of repairs for any stain, burn, damage, or sanitation mishap will be charged.
Q: I only need the limo to drive to the prom and then home afterward. Do I have to pay for the limo while I'm at the prom?
A: You pay for the length of time the vehicle is in your service, whether the vehicle is in motion or not. You may have as many stops as you like, and you will not be charged for mileage. We do not offer pick up and drop off service in the limousines.
